Mr. Singh being into manufacturing, was keen on having maximum natural ventilation in the house for a healthy living standard.

To translate his interest, we designed using the principle of mass & void. The interiors are fairly open and well ventilated that allow abundance of natural light & ventilation throughout the year, and enjoying the seasons all the while.
